BTS's 5th album 'Arirang' conquers major weekly charts worldwide.
Hanteo Chart reports on the 30th that BTS's 'Arirang' led the weekly world and album charts from March 23-29. Released on March 20, it quickly climbed to the top by March 23, holding the position for two weeks.

Billboard preview article on the 30th reveals 'Arirang' tops 'Billboard 200' (April 4 date). It entered with 641,000 album units, the highest for a group album since December 2014's unit tracking start. Of these, 532,000 were pure sales, marking a decade high for group albums.
BTS excelled on global music charts. They led Spotify's weekly charts from March 20-26, including 'Top Albums', 'Top Songs', and 'Top Artists'. Title track 'SWIM' secured number one on 'Weekly Top Songs Global', with all 14 tracks in the top 30.
'SWIM' topped Spotify's 'Daily Top Songs Global' and Apple Music's 'Top 100 Global' for 9 and 7 days, respectively. All tracks featured in the latest chart rankings even ten days post-release, showing global fan love.
BTS will kick off the 'BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG'' in Goyang on April 9, 11, and 12. They will also perform in South America in October. All 46 shows, including those in Goyang, North America, Europe, and Tokyo, sold out quickly, highlighting their ticket-selling power.
